Tenant Submits New Service Request

The tenant selects the location of the problem, e.g., their office or suite, or a common area visible to all tenants

Tenant selects the type of service needed, e.g., electrical, plumbing, etc., elevates the level of urgency if needed, then types a brief description of the problem.  Tenants can optionally indicate preferred service hours.

The appropriate property manager or first point of contact is immediately notified.
